Net Sentry Corp, LLC has acquired Black Lotus Communications Corp in a six-figure buyout which commenced on Tuesday, June 22nd.

Richmond, VA June 28, 2004 -- Net Sentry Corp, LLC has acquired Black Lotus Communications Corp (both incorporated under the laws of Delaware) in a six-figure buyout which commenced on Tuesday, June 22nd.

Jeffrey A. Lyon (e-mail protected from spam bots) has resigned from BLCC's Board of Directors and accepted a position as VP of Sales and Marketing at NSC. Mr. Lyon holds an Associate of Science (Cum Laude) from Richard Bland College, Petersburg, VA, and is candidate to a BBA Operations and Information Systems from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA. He brings to NSC over eight years experience in operations and several years experience in sales, marketing, finance, and venture capital.

NSC has agreed to acquire responsibility for the Tempe co-location space and to continue operating BLCC as a leader in IRC hosting solutions while leverging its current infrastructure as a Tier 2 carrier. Both companies report no substantial changes to BLCC's direction, methodology, and pricing strategies. BLCC and NSC are able to leverage synergies in the areas of network engineering, efficiency in IP allocation, and greater economies of scale.
